Research of Optimization Algorithm about Multi-objective MRP and CRP

چکیده

The efficiency of ERP is usually depressed because current algorithms, which just consider product requirement and stock factors but do not take whole correspondence between productive situation and resource into account, make CRP built on MRP and the resource of enterprise inconsistent so that MRP need be rebuilt. This paper takes integrated optimization of MRP and CRP as research intention, builds a novel multi-objective optimization algorithm of MRP and CRP based on genetic evolution, which harmonizes productive requirement, resource requirement and resource configuration, and defines adaptive weights and fitness function according to the priority of resource usage. In the goal of minimal cost, this paper obtains a better algorithm processes via designing proper genetic individual and operator to get appropriate planned order receipt. Results show that the algorithm in this paper can improve the situation that conventional MRP algorithm can not assort with CRP, and reduce the cost.
